Careers and Pathways

Marist-Sion College is committed to preparing our students for life outside of school. The Careers and Pathways team strive to support students to plan, research and make informed decisions regarding their education, training and career.

The College has two key positions with responsibility for supporting students in Careers and Pathways:

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Provision of careers advice and course information
  • Careers counselling for students
  • Communication of careers information, opportunities and programs to the College community
  • First point of contact for careers enquiries from students, staff, parents/guardians and tertiary institutions.

 

Applied Learning Leader

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Provision of careers information and support for students who are part of an Applied Learning Program
  • Primary contact for students undertaking Vocational Education and Training and/or Structured Workplace Learning as part of their Applied Learning Program.
